We are currently looking for a Business Applications Support Analyst

  • To be the support and process specialist for business application solutions at MM Flowers.
  • Handle support issues raised by users regarding ERP, Reporting Tools and other business applications.
  • Support the wider digital business (DotCom).
  • Support local IT technical issues in line with other members of the Support Team
  • Provide regular updates to the business leadership team.
  • End user training.

What you can already do

  • Understanding of ERP in FMCG / horticultural environment.
  • Supporting users in a fast moving environment
  • Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Self Confidence, quick starter and initiative to work with minimum supervision.
  • A well organised, detailed, and structured method of working.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, Project, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work in a team, handing multiple challenges and some complex requirements.
  • Aware of, and a keenness to keep current on the latest, new emerging technologies and the ability to learn quickly.
