We are currently looking for a Business Process Analyst.

The Process Analyst is a key role for MM Flowers during an exciting time of change, transformation, and enablement of future business critical projects. The role will be a key enabler on the delivery of significant technology focused projects, and the continual development of the digital landscape across the business.

Working closely with the IT Team and business stakeholders, the Business Process Analyst will ensure that core business processes are defined, understood, and can be implemented to ensure alignment with the wider business strategy and target operating model. The Business Process Analyst is responsible for ensuring that key to-be processes are captured, agreed and delivered to ensure end-to-end integration of data flows deliver the agreed efficiency improvements and business benefits.

Primary Objectives of the role

• Understanding, defining, and mapping business processes and technologies that will be implemented as part of the digital transformation at MM Flowers including ERP and WMS business processes.
• Supporting the entire life cycle of critical application (ERP & WMS) solutions including discovery, design, build, test, and data management.
• Defining and documenting the “as-is” and “to-be” core business processes.
• Map the data and system journey across processes to ensure platforms are delivered to support the agreed business processes.
• Defining outcomes that can be translated into end-to-end digital system solutions, with a focus on clearly mapped and documented processes.
• Gathering requirements to enable the successful delivery of projects, adhering to strategic architecture strategy and identifying impacted stakeholders.
• Provide fully documented records of the requirements, including business process flows written in business terminology.
• Gaining and building business and stakeholder buy-in to the requirements gathering, As-Is and To-Be modelling processes

What can you already do?

• Certifications and qualifications in recognised process mapping disciplines.
• A proven track record as a process analyst within CPG/FMCG across two or more of the following functions: Warehousing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing.
• Extensive experience of gathering and mapping functional and non-functional processes to an agreed standard.
• Experience in leading meetings that capture processes, pain points and opportunities to drive improvements.
• A track record as a process analyst on multiple ERP projects.
• Ability to understand and analyse data using technical approaches including structured query language.
• Working in a controlled environment with experience, knowledge, and desire to continuously improve.
• Excellent documentation skills translating technical processes to clear, well-structured process maps.
• Experience in educating business stakeholders on process flows and facilitate process mapping work.
• Strong presentation skills to senior stakeholders where required.
• Have a ‘Listen & act’ attitude whilst working with the business to understand pain points
• Expertise in delivering business process transformation.
• Experience and a strong track record in developing test cases that ensure the successful delivery of platforms and process changes.
• Working in a controlled environment with experience, knowledge, and desire to continuously improve.
• Deliver solutions within the appropriate framework and methodology whilst ensuring the supportability of services delivered.
