com is actively seeking an ambitious self starter to join our growing in-house Corporate Transformation team in London on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be working on delivering our most critical and strategic projects across products, functions and geographies, with exposure to departmental heads and senior leaders across the organisation.
The role is expected to be hands-on in design and execution of complex projects with a meaningful impact on the organisation within an innovative and fast growing environment, working with stakeholders from across the business.
Deliver complex end to end, global cross-functional projects successfully
Help build an efficient and effective strategic execution capability for the company
Maintain and facilitate project governance through assurance, communication and reviews i.e. regular project status meetings, creation of SteerCo presentations, owning and driving the project plan
Identify and resolve risks and issues where possible and escalate to leadership as required
Get hands-on in designing solutions and driving execution, often beyond your immediate area of expertise
Over 10 years of experience in Financial Services, either consulting or within financial services organisations
Strong experience in driving large transformation programmes
Comfortable and confident in managing senior stakeholders (both business and technology)
Strong attention to detail and core project management skills (e.g. perform risk assessments, manage project timelines and identify interdependencies, risks and issues)
Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
A team player who will implement projects effectively and empower others to contribute
