You will lead a dedicated team to support ongoing R&D and production, quality management, procurement and strategic planning. Every day you’ll play a critical role in bringing cultivated fat to market and creating a deliciously fatty future.Based at the HYLO Building in London, our state-of-the-art HQ, opened in 2023, spans 14,000 sq ft and includes a 1000 L pilot production facility, extensive R&D labs, a professional kitchen, hardware workshop and a beautiful office. As our Head of Facilities, your responsibilities will include:Leading day-to-day lab and facilities operations such as inventory management, ordering, equipment installation and maintenanceOverseeing a world-class quality management / quality assurance system comprising risk assessments, SOPs, food safety plans, batch records, quality reports, CoAs and environmental monitoring.
