Pendragon Vehicle Management is seeking to recruit a motivated, highly organised experienced Customer Service Administrator to be part of our team based at Pendragon Vehicle Management in Derby, which has recently undergone a major refurbishment throughout.
Answering the telephone in a professional manner
Data entry into several systems
Provide exceptional customer service skills and focus
Proactive complaint handling
With a focus on providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times, you must be computer literate with outstanding attention to detail. In return we will support you with training, development and the opportunity to take your career to the next level.
30 pm weekdays.
