With our team rapidly growing, we're on the hunt for a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to bridge our internal and external PR/BD efforts and drive our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Administration

Collaborate with the Head of BD and senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives

  • Develop proposals for new and existing partnerships
  • Respond to initial BD queries from various channels
  • Maintain the BD tracker and monitor client conversion rates

Event Planning

  • Generate ideas for internal and external events and keep the events calendar up-to-date
  • Assist with event organization, administration, invitations, and attendance monitoring

Newsletters

  • Create and manage our LinkedIn and internal newsletters

Website Management

  • Make minor updates and create new pages, coordinating major adjustments with our website agency
  • Work with the website agency on SEO optimization for blogs and the overall site

Content and Social Media

  • Lead editorial discussions to plan blog and social media content
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of social media posts by our PR agency
  • Coordinate blog post-production and PR opportunities
  • Upload blog content to the website

Webinars/Online Training

  • Create event pages on LinkedIn and Eventbrite
  • Develop social media posts for each event
  • Promote events through email campaigns, LinkedIn and paid ads

Committees & Other Responsibilities

  • Oversee BCorp administration and collaborate with Ops & HR to update reports
  • Participate in BD & Cross-selling committee meetings

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in the professional services industry, preferably within a law firm
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO, and website administration (WordPress)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Planner, Eventbrite, Campaign Monitor, and Canva

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for building your role in a rapidly growing firm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Strong rapport and relationship-building skills at all levels
  • Highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
  • Solution-oriented, able to work autonomously, delegate and prioritize workload
  • Trustworthy with a keen understanding of confidentiality
