Ensuring Zoho CRM is accurately updated with all sales activities, including quotations.
Keeping Xero updated with order acknowledgements, invoices, purchase orders, and bills.
Following up on overdue invoices via phone and email to ensure timely payment.
Monitoring contract renewal dates, proactively reaching out to customers throughout the renewal process, and following up with customers who haven't responded.
Analysing renewal data to increase renewal rates and boost recurring business.
Handling both telephone and email enquiries, escalating issues to other team members when necessary.
We’re looking for someone with great communication skills who enjoys building relationships with customers. Be based within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.
Experience in sales administration.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Office located in a picturesque area, with well-maintained communal gardens and countryside walks nearby.
Competitive salary package aligned with the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the market value of the role.
'On target' yearly bonus.
Friendly and flexible working environment.
23 days of annual leave, plus public holidays.

Permanent, full-time position, Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
