Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Renewal Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Renewal Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate customer quotes, handling administrative processes, and following up on licence renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sending accurate quotations to customers.
- Ensuring Zoho CRM is accurately updated with all sales activities, including quotations.
- Keeping Xero updated with order acknowledgements, invoices, purchase orders, and bills.
- Following up on overdue invoices via phone and email to ensure timely payment.
- Staying updated on US Dollar exchange rates to ensure quotations are correctly priced.
- Monitoring contract renewal dates, proactively reaching out to customers throughout the renewal process, and following up with customers who haven't responded.
- Analysing renewal data to increase renewal rates and boost recurring business.
- Reaching out to customers who choose not to renew, collecting feedback, and collaborating with team members to address any issues.
- Upgrading editions and cross-selling products during renewal discussions.
- Following up on renewal quotes and processing renewal orders efficiently.
- Contacting potential and existing customers to offer their services.
- Handling both telephone and email enquiries, escalating issues to other team members when necessary.
- Completing various administrative tasks, such as filling out New Supplier forms.
Requirements:
- Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Detail-oriented and confident working with numbers.
- Proactive and positive attitude with a love for learning and growth.
- Experience in sales administration.
- A proven track record of working towards both team and individual targets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Self-motivation with a proactive, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
