The Role
As an Administrative Assistant - Membership, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation's e-learning team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for email and phone enquiries related to company Learning.
- Coordinating responses using existing guidance and procedures.
- Dealing with queries or forwarding them to appropriate colleagues when necessary.
- Updating members with progress on their enquiries.
- Escalating matters to the Learning Products Manager when needed.
- Helping to coordinate meetings and taking accurate minutes.
- Providing accurate reports on learning programme performance.
- Managing and maintaining records in accordance with company policies.
- Documenting all activities carried out.
Skills and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A-Level education or equivalent, with a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Experience of successfully working within a team.
- Ability to provide a professional, friendly, and reactive service to colleagues and external contacts.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in providing a variety of administrative support.
