Type of Role: Temporary (2 Months + likely to extend)

Working Pattern: Part Time, 3 days per week (Wednesday in office + 2 other days remote)

Pay: £14-£15 per hour

The Role

As an Administrative Assistant - Membership, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation's e-learning team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for email and phone enquiries related to company Learning.
  • Coordinating responses using existing guidance and procedures.
  • Dealing with queries or forwarding them to appropriate colleagues when necessary.
  • Updating members with progress on their enquiries.
  • Escalating matters to the Learning Products Manager when needed.
  • Helping to coordinate meetings and taking accurate minutes.
  • Providing accurate reports on learning programme performance.
  • Managing and maintaining records in accordance with company policies.
  • Documenting all activities carried out.

Skills and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A-Level education or equivalent, with a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • Experience of successfully working within a team.
  • Ability to provide a professional, friendly, and reactive service to colleagues and external contacts.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in providing a variety of administrative support.
