Kitchen Team Leader
A Kitchen Team Leader is responsible for managingand planning food preparation in our Minster View restaurant and Pepys Bar, towork second in command to our Kitchen Manager in producing high quality dishesand enforcing all food safety guidelines in the daily operation of the kitchento deliver exceptional dining service to our guests.
To work alongside management to maintain budgets,cost control, wages, wastage and to achieve monthly GP.
Finally, Deputise for Kitchen Manager when hes noton duty.

The right Kitchen Team Leader will:
Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our guests dining experience.
Thrive on the challenge of helping us to build a new and exciting food menu.
Assist the team in maintaining our excellent levels of hygiene and safety.
Train employees/Performance reviews and assist in recruitment.
This position is based on 30 contract andcandidates must be available to work weekends.
