Yorkshire Education are looking for a HR Business Partner to join an Educational Trust in the East Riding on a temporary basis (approximately 3-4 months)

About the Role - The individual will be able to provide advice in line with Trust policies on key employee relations work, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, organisational change, restructure, redundancy, attendance management etc as well as:

  • Able to support less experienced People Services team members
  • Experienced sufficiently not to require significant support.
  • Education experience not essential but preferable
  • Experience of public sector unionised working environments
  • Able to attend meetings across Trust sites (Hull and East Riding)– driving licence and access to own car
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience will be considered
