The Sales Account Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support through handling inbound sales inquiries, generating quotes, and nurturing client relationships via outbound sales initiatives.

Assist in processing inbound quote requests via email, fax, and phone.
Initiate outbound sales calls to foster strong customer relationships based on an understanding of their needs.
Cultivate profitable owned accounts through regular development efforts.
Contribute to market research projects and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Aid in Aircraft on Ground (AOG) duties and contribute to customer base expansion efforts.
Uphold company policies and procedures, maintain professionalism, and optimize resource utilization.
Maintain a culture of professionalism, quality, and proactive problem-solving.
Collaborate with sales leadership and product line team to ensure market maintenance and appropriate pricing.

Aviation experience specifically with aircraft component sales
Proficiency in company policies, employment laws, and compliance guidelines.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
Strong typing, oral, and written communication skills.
Experience in sales and/or platform expertise with a minimum of 3 years.
Familiarity with trace requirements and Quantum Control Software is advantageous.
