Job Description:

As a Software Tester with 2-3 years of experience at Techware Lab you will be an integral part of our quality assurance for the allocated projects with responsibility for ensuring the reliability and quality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report defects, execute test cases, and assist in maintaining the overall quality of our software.

Key Responsibilities:

*Execute test cases, both manual and automated, to verify the functionality of software applications.
*Document and report defects, and track their resolution in collaboration with developers.
*Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases.
*Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and features.
*Participate in product design and requirement review meetings to ensure testability.
*Maintain and update test documentation and test case libraries.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
*2 years of hands-on experience as a Software Tester
*Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
*Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools is a plus.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
*Manual testing (Web and mobile)
*Preferred Skills and Experience:
*Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting (katalon, Selenium)
*Exposure to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
*Basic understanding of programming concepts.

Job Description:

As a Junior IT Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing efforts while also assisting with various IT-related tasks. You will work closely with the digital marketing team and IT department to execute strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, conversions.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
* Support the creation and optimization of digital content, including website updates, blog posts, and social media posts.
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure website functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement necessary updates or changes.
* Assist in the management of the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data entry and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
* Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in both marketing and IT fields.
* Provide general IT support to internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining IT inventory.
* Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Prior experience or coursework/trainings in digital marketing, including familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SEO principles.
* Basic understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
