Radical is a digital agency specialising in the design, development and support of digital products across web and mobile. We work with startups and globally renowned brands.


We are seeking a versatile Developer to join our cross functional team working in an agile environment to create and maintain digital products across web and mobile. Projects will be a mix of rapid proof of concepts and large scale production applications, utilising both established and emerging technologies. You’ll work with existing codebases and on new projects, and will need to develop in line with agreed specifications and designs.

Strong programming skills in two or more of: JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, PHP, Rust, Java or similar
Full Stack development experience with proficiency in at least one front-end framework (e.g., React, React Native, Flutter, Angular) and one back-end framework (e.g., js, ASP.NET , Laravel)
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), enhancing flexibility in managing digital content across various platforms
Expertise in HTML, CSS, and modern web packaging technologies to create responsive and efficient user interfaces
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, for hosting and managing web applications efficiently
Solid communication skills for effective team collaboration and project management
Familiarity with agile development practices and an ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements

Collaborate with team members to deliver digital solutions for clients on time and to specification
Develop across the software development lifecycle
Maintain existing project code for a variety of projects
