This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their management skills by developing an already fabulous team of Care Supervisors, Care Coordinators, Trainer and large team of Carers. You will hold the registration and manage the day-to-day business ensuring adherence to statutory regulations. You will have overall responsibility of the management of the carers in the community and the office staff. Reporting to the Directors, duties include championing the care inspectorate standards, growing a strong customer base both private and local authority, maintain records and reporting, managing any complaints, promoting the rights of the service users, training, recruitment, care planning, assessments, managing absence, attending external meetings and personal training and development.

Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare
Previous leadership experience within home care or residential setting.
Good knowledge of the National Care Standards.
