This leading brand is known for its creativity and innovation, creating well-loved collections with luxury fabrics and detailed workmanship.
The Opportunity
The business now has a need for a Commercial lawyer to join the business and take responsibility for a wide range of matters including marketing, consumer law and regulations, e-commerce and brand partnerships.
The work will be varied and as part of a small but growing international legal team, you will work directly with lots of areas of the business; you will have the opportunity to establish strong relationships and truly partner with the business, supporting the creative side as well as protecting the business.
The brand is growing globally along with the legal team and as a result, this is truly a key role for the business.
About You - Serious About Brands
The role will best suit a commercial or TMT lawyer who enjoys variety as well as working with brands. A media background would also suit very well. Experience with marketing law and consumer regulations is key, along with an understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
The ability to work with a global brand is also key, along with the ability to establish relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across a global business.
This is a rare and unique opportunity for a TMT, commercial or medial lawyer to join a highly innovative and creative business in a new and key role and for the business.
