As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will embark on a dynamic journey to learn and develop the skills needed to excel in the fast-paced world of recruitment. Under the guidance of experienced consultants, you'll contribute to the success of our client engagements by sourcing top talent, managing candidate relationships, and supporting the recruitment process.
Learn to utilize various sourcing channels, including database searches, job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Initiate contact with candidates through personalized outreach via phone, email, and social platforms.
~ Pipeline Management: Support the building and maintenance of a database of qualified candidates for current and future client requirements. Learn to ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date in our recruitment database, and assist in regularly reviewing and refreshing candidate profiles.
~ Shadow recruitment consultants to understand client needs, job specifications, and hiring criteria. Provide support in delivering timely and relevant candidate profiles to assist with client requirements and enhance the recruitment process.
~ Market Research and Talent Mapping: Gain exposure to industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify talent pools and recruitment opportunities. Assist in conducting talent mapping exercises to proactively source candidates in high-demand skill areas.
~ Learn to deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment process. Gain experience in maintaining thorough and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in the recruitment field.
Adaptability to learn from feedback and implement improvements in recruitment techniques and processes.
Commitment to maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical recruitment standards.
Willingness to embrace challenges and seize opportunities for growth and development.
