Recruitment Reourcer/Consultant Salary:28k-31k DOE Plus a fantastic bonus OTE £34K-£36K Per annum NO BDM About the Role: My client who are a very well established and hugely successful recruitment business, who work in the mechanical and engineering sectors within manufacturing , have a fantastic opportunity to join the team. They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Resoucer, there is no BDM/sales involved at all in this role, it is a Recruitment Resourcing role. They are looking for a confident and proactive Recruitment Resourcer/Consultant to assist with the contract and permanent vacancies. This is a very exciting & varied role and an amazing opportunity to join the North Wests mechanical and engineering recruitment businesses.What will you need A great, positive attitude and a minimum of 18 months experience , working in either a Recruitment resourcing or Recruitment Consultant role, within the mechanical and engineering/manufacturing sectors or similar. Key Responsibilities: Speaking confidently with candidates and clients over the phone Making outbound calls to schedule interviews, follow up on applications, and introduce our services Posting and managing job adverts across job boards and social media platforms Handling incoming calls and emails, managing the recruitment inbox Assisting with compliance checks and onboarding paperwork Researching local businesses and helping to identify new leads What Were Looking For: Confident and professional phone manner Strong communication and organisational skills Previous recruitment experience is essential Comfortable working independently in a small team Good attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)TPBN1_UKTJ
