TFS Healthcare are currently looking for driven individuals to join us as a Resourcer to work alongside our senior consultants within our rapidly growing sales floor.

**The Role of a Resourcer -**
- Arranging and preparing them for interviews.
- Liaising with Senior Consultants and keeping up to date with new roles.
- Ensuring all company processes are followed and databases are kept up to date.

**Key Attributes of a Recruitment Resourcer -**
- A hard work ethic.

- Strong communication skills.
- Able to build rapport quickly.
