Resourcing Consultant - Central Resourcing Team (Uxbridge Office) Pay: £12.31ph per hour Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pmContract: Temporary (approx. 3 months)Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home (after training)Brook Street is seeking a Resourcing Consultant to join our dynamic Central Resourcing team in Uxbridge. You'll play a key role in sourcing top talent for prestigious clients across Customer Service and Administration roles.What We're Looking For: Motivated and eager to learnExcellent telephone manner and communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProfessional, personable, and customer-focusedWhat You'll Do: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needsProactively source and screen candidates for high-volume rolesMake daily outbound calls to candidates to meet KPIsArrange ID validation calls and ensure compliance with legislationMaintain accurate records and report daily figures to the Team LeaderSkills & Experience: Previous experience in a customer-focused role (phone or face-to-face)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdaptable, driven, and professionalAble to commute to Uxbridge office (UB8 1AB)Why Join Us?
