Business Improvement Manager

Manage projects within the Asset Management and Maintenance function, working with various stakeholders across the business ensuring there is a synergy between all teams involved.
Assist with the evolving depot strategy plans that align to the demands of the reports are produced that provide a transparent view of efficiency plans and productivity that the efficiency and productivity improvements are deliverable, and monitor the success once introduced into the workplace.
Provide feedback for the optimisation of emerging and lead the teams associated with all assigned within delegated authority, procure, appoint, and manage internal / external project team members and resources as and co-ordinate all elements of the interfaces between related and interdependent projects.
Provide detailed project planning through developing and maintaining detailed project plans ensuring all relevant company standards are complied with.
Ability to demonstrate experience working within an engineering background, including project management and business understanding of Lean Six Sigma and able to evidence successful application of respective techniques.
Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems. Knowledge and skills relating to IBM Maximo would be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Visio and PowerBI.
Demonstrable experience of managing change.
Excellent verbal and written communication will be pragmatic in your approach, working with the ability to adapt.
Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in appropriate discipline A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
