Sales professionals will play a pivotal role in our growth and as such, we are adding to our Sales team and have opportunities for high calibre sales apprentices to start their career with us. We're are looking for enthusiastic, talented, and ambitious graduates keen to build a career where you will grow and embed our solutions into existing and new customers, take responsibility for developing our strategic client relationships and delivering commercial success. We are looking to diversify our talent pool and bring in talented individuals to enable us to reach our ambitious growth targets.

Our apprenticeship scheme is 14 months in length, and designed to give you all the skills necessary to be a successful sales professional. The programme is 80% ‘on the job’ and 20% ‘off the job’ – where you will benefit from classroom / virtual training as well as self-study assignments. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, we expect that you will become a valued contributor to the Sales teams. You will be instrumental for the achievement of sales targets as well as the effective use of resources to achieve targets. Develop a comprehensive grasp of sales excellence by collaborating with the account management team as a business development associate during a designated training period. Work closely alongside account managers to gain valuable insights into effective sales strategies, this hands-on experience will provide you with a solid foundation in sales excellence, allowing you to contribute effectively to the team's objectives and further your professional growth in the field of account management.

Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship
A Sales Executive is a sales person working in either the Business to Business or Business to Consumer markets with the responsibility to sell a specific product line or service. They plan their sales activities, lead the end-to-end sales interaction with the customer and manage their sales internally within their organisation. They will be responsible for retaining and growing a number of existing customer accounts, and generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close.
A Sales Executive will develop customer relationships by establishing rapport and building trust and confidence in their own and their organisation’s capabilities through demonstration of detailed product knowledge, competitor knowledge and an understanding of the market in which they operate, and by ensuring a positive customer experience.
