We are looking for someone to support our Content and Writing Team by taking ownership of editing and/or developing all existing Articulate eLearning content in our course library as well as other eLearning content which we will inherit from other business in the wider Citation Group over time.

Using Office 365 suite to proficiently to carry out administrative tasks and collaborate with team members
Managing projects independently and liaising with stakeholders in iHasco and other Citation Group companies we are serving
Working with the Production Development Assistant on the Bespoke content requests that we receive from clients
Evaluation methods supported by thorough testing leading to the launch and ‘go-live’ of modules of learning
Courses developed will need to meet quality standards including following legislative requirements
Design and develop engaging and effective learner-centred learning solutions from content provided by subject matter experts from Citation Group
Test and quality assure all eLearning products
Utilising AI content creation tools to support and streamline production

Here are the necessary skills to be a good Content Author:
Previous experience in developing eLearning and other digital learning
Solid Office 365 skills
Good level of IT knowledge and ability to adapt to new software and systems
Confident and competent at working on your multiple projects independently
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify errors in existing pieces of writing
Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite
English Language A-level (or equivalent qualification)
