Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Lead to join our team at The Developer Link. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our AI and Python-based software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI algorithms and models
  • Collaborate with the team to design and build features and products
  • Optimise and maintain existing systems
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various products and services
  • Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the company
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
  • Mentor junior developers and share knowledge
  • Play a key role in shaping the company's initiatives and future projects
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both front-end and back-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, PHP, and Python
  • Experience working with popular front-end frameworks such as React
  • Knowledge of database technologies MySQL and platforms such as Airtable
  • Exposure to Apache and/or Nginx
  • Linux operating system knowledge is a bonus
  • Knowledge of AWS and/or Google Cloud is advantageous
  • Knowledge in Development and fine-tuning of large LLMs
  • A degree in computer science or a related field
