We are currently recruiting for a retail coordinator to support the event day planning of our retail units to enable the team to deliver their retail strategy. 
The job holder would need to work closely with the retail team to support the operational delivery on race days as well as coordinate and develop 'on brand' retail collateral, (Such as menus, allergen folders etc) used for the retail units and support in the creation of training packs, management briefing material and guest information.
This role is temporary with availability to work 20-30 hours a week on a flexible schedule. 
Ensure all retail areas opened have their race day folders ready
Coordinate all aspects of retail planning, including developing managers briefing packs, coordinating price changes and menu changes and share relevant documentation with necessary teams in a timely manner
Administration and office duties working with the retail and planning teams
To undertake any reasonable requests made by the Retail Operations Team and the Planning Team
Respond to guest enquiries in a timely manner via email or phone
Create report from outbox to track sales data 
Confident in the use of MS Office
