Senior Business Development Manager – Business Process Management (BPM) - £110k - £130k + 20-25% bonus - London, Hybrid

Our client is a leader in the Business Process Management (BPM) sector, dedicated to helping organizations optimize their processes, improve efficiency, and drive business growth. Thier innovative solutions and services are trusted by industry leaders across the globe.

This is predominately a New Business role and we are looking for candidates with experience of securing £1m+ deals.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the Business Process Management (BPM) sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing long-term partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of BPM, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPM sector, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process from prospecting through to closing, managing complex sales cycles and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Market Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by leveraging your industry expertise and strategic sales approach.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the BPM sector, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the BPM landscape, including key players, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals with enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
