You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing a multi-channel CRM strategy to engage customers with personalised, targeted and relevant marketing communications across all life-cycle stages, based on customer segmentation, campaign or behavioural insights. You’ll work closely with the Data and Analytics team to ensure effective and timely end-to-end operational delivery of CRM programs for all campaigns across email, SMS, and push messaging.
In addition, you will proactively monitor and own customer marketing KPIs and CRM campaign impact; 4+ years proven experience working exclusively within CRM and B2C Marketing
