The Company:

Theo James are excited to be working with a highly successful, award winning, innovative, manufacturing company on their latest recruitment campaign They are going from strength to strength with huge growth plans in place for the next few years even following the last few years of massive growth They use technical expertise to offer services within the motors and pumps industry and have a fantastic team with a wealth of knowledge in the industry.

Job Description:

Due to business growth and further plans in place, the opportunity has arisen to join the strong sales team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Sales Director and the rest of the Sales team to create and develop further business for the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, driven individual who is looking for their next challenge.

Skills & experience:

* HNC or degree in Engineering is desirable

* Prior experience working in consultative/technical sales within the pumps and motor industry essential

* Ability to onboard new business and enhance exisiting business through effective account management

* Full UK driving licence essential

* Ability to communicate with clients through quotation, negotiation and project management meetings with a good technical understanding of the products and services on offer

* Proactive approach to seeking and chasing leads to enhance revenue #J-18808-Ljbffr
