The Role:

 

The Nue Co. is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Junior Account Manager to join our London office reporting into the Commercial Director.

 

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Account Manager. The role will be 3 days office based. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the management & development of our UK & EU wholesale accounts. This is a great opportunity for somebody who is a health & wellness enthusiast with a minimum of 1-2 years pre-existing experience working with UK health & beauty retailers. The ideal candidate will support the Commercial Director by taking on responsibility of your own accounts, ensuring to build relationships with key buyers & retail stakeholders, timely execution of projects and overall seamless customer service. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel/ Google Sheets, World, PowerPoint, Keynote and be familiar with promo forms & new line forms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day management of key accounts UK & EU ensuring excellent internal & external communication & relationship building.
  • Assist planning & execution of annual JBPs with key accounts in line with key retailer themes & brand strategy alignment.
  • Negotiate best possible commercials for the brand across everything with output.
  • Prepare and submit all new line forms, promotional forms & merchandising for optimal merchandising within a timely manner.
  • Management of pricing forms, order forms and sell in.
  • Support with administrative tasks such as order processing across key accounts, ensuring smooth communication with customers & warehouse, tracking is shared & goods are delivered seamlessly.
  • Consolidate sell out reports from retailers within the internal master templates and cascade weekly sales updates to the business.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments such as operations, product, marketing & creative.
  • Visit key London stores to drive off the ground; sales, education & best in class merchandising.
  • Always strive for building efficiency and resolution across all key accounts to ensure for excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Clearly report on status of accounts providing business recommendations for driving growth.

Ideal Candidate:

 

  • 1-2 years experience in Account Management. Health & Beauty sector experience is essential.
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to build relationships.
  • Effective presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential.
  • Good time management skills and problem solving attitude.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Keynote, experience with Xero is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
