Account Management/Project Management
· Provide attentive and efficient support to all client accounts, understanding their needs and managing expectations where required. Ensuring a full brief is captured and no areas of the brief are missed.
· Pro-actively engage in the management of client productions ensuring that from concept to creation the client is fully supported, informed and engaged throughout.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular face to face, e-mail and telephone contact and meetings.
· Develop a sound understanding of manufacturing and fabrication techniques, materials used, construction methods applied, print processes, artwork design and event production.
· Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests.
· Talk to other departments in Xquisite Productions in order to facilitate client requests and ensure the business is fully aware of the requirement.
· Manage a budget being clear and transparent with all costings, billing cycle and terms and conditions of the order. Ensuring you are meeting sales targets where set.
· Problem solving and initiating action that enables the business and client to rapidly achieve an effective solution. Drive service excellence and a culture of delighting clients.
· Maintain a broad situational awareness across all your projects and accounts.
· Ensure a full understanding and be fully conversant with pricing and sales structures.
· Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement.
· Provide samples on request from clients.
· Attend all meetings where required, ensuring you are suitably prepared and informed.
Business Development
· Develop and drive new business for Xquisite Productions by actively engaging with new clients, responding rapidly to enquiries.
· Give presentations about their organisation’s products or services.
· Remain up to date on market intelligence, scope future markets/trends.
· Identify key areas for business growth, events, exhibitions and markets.
· Provide support to the Xquisite Productions social media campaign, ensuring regular, impactful and compliant posts and issue across various media channels.
· To create and develop commercial opportunities with existing clients maximising account and revenue growth.
- Draft and deliver pitches to potential clients.
Corporate
· Promote the company’s vision and ownership of its values and strategic objectives.
· Contribute to the development of a culture that enjoys the challenge of experiential production.
· Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and standards.
· Fully participate in the company appraisals process.
