The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the sales team, as well as working on marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing initiatives.
Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating sales appointments
Sales support:
Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and sales reports
Collaborate with sales representatives to follow up on leads and track sales activities in CRM
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices while processing

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the sales team, as well as working on marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing initiatives.
Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating sales appointments
Sales support:
Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and sales reports
Collaborate with sales representatives to follow up on leads and track sales activities in CRM
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices while processing
Marketing:
Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives including the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain CRM database by updating customer information, tracking interactions, and generating reports for sales and marketing analysis
Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries and requests
Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing activities
Help maintain marketing collateral inventory and ensure materials are up-to-date and readily available.
Provide support to other departments when needed

Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts is a plus
The successful candidate should have excellent service and communication skills. The candidate should also have team-building skills and possess the ability to find solutions for matters high and low.
