The Senior Leadership Team are looking for a Behaviour and Learning Mentor to join them on a full time, permanent capacity. The successful candidate will embody their core values and make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school. The successful Behaviour and Learning Mentor will need to: Be hardworking, enthusiastic and creative Provide 1:1 support to their students Have experience working with students from a wide range of backgrounds, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities / SEND, those of high ability, and those with English as an additional language Demonstrate an awareness of the physical, social and intellectual development of children Provide a nurturing environment that helps children develop as learners Attend to the students’ personal needs, and implement related personal programmes, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first aid, and welfare matters Invigilate, administrate, and prove access arrangement support for routine tests and exams TeacherActive will provide you with a dedicated consultant, to support you in this role and any further opportunities within your career.
