With a focus on excellence, collaboration, and innovation, our client is a market leading firm with a prestigious reputation.

Responsibilities: As a Defence Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of defence litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing court documents.
  • Attending court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various litigation matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Keeping abreast of legal developments and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in defence litigation.
  • Strong litigation and case management skills.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and drafting abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in handling defence litigation cases independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures in defence litigation.
