Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing court documents.
  • Attending court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.
  • Staying informed about legal changes and industry trends.


Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:
