**The Role**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including drafting legal documents, managing correspondence, and organizing case files.
- Liaise with clients, external agencies, and court personnel to facilitate the progress of legal matters.
- Assist in the preparation of court documents, briefs, and exhibits for hearings and trials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case developments, deadlines, and appointments.
- Undertake research tasks as required, gathering relevant information to support legal proceedings.

**The Person**:

- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Defence Litigation or related practice areas.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management.
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
