Maintaining the central transformation portfolio plan (across all tech and non-tech change, including all delivery and commercial plans and how it all comes together)
Ensuring that relevant stakeholders across the department and the wider business have knowledge and oversight of the change portfolio
Putting structure around wider portfolio planning, readiness and prioritisation as well as having the oversight and reporting of post implementation reviews and benefits realisation tracking
Supporting the establishment of effective planning days for transformation colleagues, ensuring total clarity and alignment of change priorities, actions and readiness across the team
Experience of leading and working multiple projects simultaneously including process and system change and bringing structure to delivery
Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to influence - so strong listening, written and delivery skills (and able to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical people)
A proven ability and background in being able to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results
