Omni-Shopper Strategy Manager - FMCG Personal Care
ASAP
A leading International personal care business who have seen consistent double digit growth in revenue over the last 5 years, are searching for their next Omni-Shopper Strategy Manager to develop and execute strategic trade marketing initiatives to drive sales and strengthen brand presence in key markets worldwide.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and brand management to align shopper marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Create compelling marketing materials, promotions, and sales tools tailored to the needs of trade partners and customers.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will come from a Global or Regional FMCG background in Shopper / Trade or Customer Marketing. Ideally experience in personal care but other categories will be considered.
This is a UK remote based
