Job Description
As a Roving Facilities Manager within Cushman & Wakefield you will be managing a mix of exciting portfolio of properties within central London and the surrounding areas.
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of a legally compliant, safe, customer focussed environment providing agreed levels of service across Cushman & Wakefield sites.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating and completing the property inspection regime, reporting on the operational day to day aspects of building management, as well as ensuring and adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
Key knowledge and experience
• Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred
• Proficient in understanding management agreements and contract language
• Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring
• Excellent computer and systems knowledge; Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong discipline of financial management including financial tracking, budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of Financial Systems
• A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience required
