We have an opportunity for an energetic and focused Sales Manager, this may suit an aspiring senior sales executive seeking to step-up into the role of Sales Manager. The foot fall of the business is high generated by our clients inbound and outbound telesales team making appointments and their impressive online offering, with this amount of footfall they need people who have the drive to earn and who can close.

Skills and attributes;

  • 5 years selling experience in a used car supermarket
  • Ability to second face and close
  • Able to deliver a great customer experience throughout the sales journey
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and coach
  • Strong negotiation skills and good eye for detail
  • FCA Accredited (after training)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A presentable and professional individual
