Some of the individuals we support visit day centres and get up to all sorts of activities, someone recently came home with a birdhouse he had made We have a very stable staff team, the fulfilment you get from working here is amazing, you get to support individuals and go home and feel you’ve achieved something great We are a very dynamic team and always so positive, the service is very fun 
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be instrumental in providing high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges and rewards daily. Develop and maintain detailed, person-centered support plans that promote health, wellbeing, relationships, and diversity, while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. 
- Support individuals in financial planning, medication self-administration, and regular health reviews, adhering to the Mental Capacity Act principles. 
- Tailor the environment to meet individual needs, ensuring Health and Safety policies, including Fire Safety, are followed. 
- Recruit and manage staff through robust induction, supervision, and training processes, ensuring person-centered schedules and personal development plans. 
- Deliver outstanding care and support by adhering to Salutem's Quality Assurance framework, embodying core values, and managing incidents according to policies.
