People and Culture Assistant

Now is a very exciting time to be joining them because they are delivering a new "Towards 2030" strategic plan focused on making the most of their three most valuable assets; As a People & Culture Assistant, you will provide vital support to their Professional Services and Academic Institutes, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and effective People & Culture services across the University.
Your role will involve liaising with a wide range of people within, and outside, the University and includes co-ordinating their staff recruitment (using their Stonefish e-Recruitment portal), pre employment checks, administration of data (using their ResourceLink HRIS system), drafting employment contracts and generally being an initial point of contact for People & Culture queries.
You will have experience of working in an administrative role and must be able to demonstrate awareness of data protection and information security best practice.
