You must share the same high valued child care ethos and ensure correct placement matching, this is essential as they are not about heads on beds
They are a passionate and forward thinking provider of residential care homes for vulnerable children and this is an excellent opportunity to join their progressive team as a Registered Manager to lead our innovative and highly resourced Children's home which provides care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties aged 8-17 years.
You will be joining an established children's home who can offer you full support to continue your career path to area manager as they plan to open further children's homes.
*Ensure the smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
* Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure the highest standards of care for the children.
* Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of the team.
You will have Level 3 Children residential qualification and ideally gained the Level 5 Diploma Children's residential qualification or equivalent with at least 2 years management experience gained in a children's residential setting.
