Job Advert: Global Head of Administration CCL Global is working with a global maritime company and are currently recruiting for a Global Head of Administration to be based in London, United Kingdom. The successful applicant will be a key appointment to the Team and will work within the client’s integrated international team, to lead the administration tasks and manage the global daily tasks and build a team around them to manage the current and future growth plans of the company. Location: London, United Kingdom Permanent Role: Reporting to the Head of Human Resources. Key duties will include: Leadership and planning of Administration, being the focus point for all of the necessary admin tasks and driving performance. Facilities Management: • Office facilities across all global regions, including future planning, Management and upgrading of current facilities when necessary Operational oversight:

  • Supervision of the global PA/EA Employees and be responsible for the oversight of accurate and cost effective travel and diary scheduling.
  • Monitor performance and provide updates to the management team.
Process Improvement:
  • Development of a pragmatic process and policies when required to support the business
  • Development of technology to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Vendor and contract management: • Ensuring the company receives the best and most cost effective solutions. Requirements:
  • Experience with Operational Administrative tasks
  • Previous experience of project management, Office moves, management of external vendors and successful internal tasks (Budgets and line Management.
  • Industry Experience, in fast pace and high growth environments
  • International experience and management of global teams.
  • Experience of working in the maritime/global transport industry will be an advantage
Skills:
  • English Speaking
  • Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office)
  • Financial Understanding (Budgets)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
