Hawkwood are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's top quantitative and systematic investment firms - a technology driven firm who are implementing a scientific approach to financial investments.

With headquarters in London and offices based in EMEA and APAC, they have a total headcount of c. This newly created Global Benefits Partner role will report directly into the Global Benefits Manager and support them in enhancing the Benefits package. and enhance the firms abilities to attract and retain top talent across the world.

Build on and further develop a world class benefits programme for all employees across EMEA and APAC.
Perform research, collect and analyse data and results.
Global benefits knowledge across healthcare, insurance, and pensions to voluntary and flexible benefits.
Strong experience in the design and implementation of a successful well being and benefits programme.
Deeply analytical and experienced in utilising large data sets and tracking metrics.
Forward thinking, employee-centric and commercial approach to benefits with the ability to use your experience to drive change.
