Staff Partners are currently looking for Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner with a passion for delivering outstanding care. We are supporting a NHS hospital based on Isle Of White working with Community Mental Health Service. This is an ongoing contract - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday exc bank hoildays Pay rate £30.00 At Staff Partners we have nationwide contracts with some of the largest, and most highly regarded private institutions in the country. Because of this, we are looking for enthusiastic RMNs to begin picking up work as soon as possible. Main Duties: The post holder will be responsible, together with the wider team, for providing care, interventions and health promotion to people with severe mental health problems in the community. The post holder will also undertake a supervisory role in respect to multi-disciplinary junior team members and work alongside the Team Leader on clinical issues such as therapeutic approaches and care co-ordination. The post holder will also be expected to work as an autonomous practitioner, as well as taking all opportunities to become actively involved in training and teaching programmes, both within the Trust and the wider community.
