The Opportunity This is a great interim opportunity to work in conjunction of the Local Authority to manage a caseload alongside the resident team of surveyors and councils’ legal services.You will manage claims made in relation to housing disrepair in the council’s HRA housing stock. The successful candidate will have: Relevant experience in managing claims related to housing disrepair, particularly within a Social Housing Landlord Function, with experience of managing employees and allocating workloads.
