**The Role**
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Disrepair & Housing Legal Administrator to join our Legal team, based in our central Birmingham office, on a Fixed-term Contract/Secondment basis for 14 months. Within this role, the focus is to deliver a customer focussed legal service by providing supporting our Housing Legal Team in defending disrepair legal claims.

You’ll be preparing high quality correspondence and legal documents for our solicitors in preparation for court, as well as monitoring cases and ensuring that all statutory and internal deadlines are met effectively. You’ll undertake a variety of administrative tasks for the Housing Legal Team, using a high level of organisation and accuracy, supporting the team with tasks from document collation to processing invoices.
- Previous administrative experience including letter drafting, managing inboxes and responding to stakeholder queries/enquiries.
- Experience of using Excel to manage spreadsheets and input data.
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Housing Repairs and/or legal processes is beneficial but not essential

Due to the nature of the administrative support required by the Housing Legal team, you can expect to the working from our Birmingham, Bath Row office alongside our Solicitors/Legal Assistants 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.
