Position: Head of Sales
Car Allowance: £5K
Our client, a Global independent, is looking for an ambitious Head of Sales with previous experience of managing a sales team in Prime Central London
A senior valuer/assistant manager with an outstanding track record in Prime Central London will also be considered.
The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated and career driven with experience in the current sales market, along with a proven record of exceeding targets and experience in the following areas;
Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties
Knowledge of the current Residential Sales market and associated legislation
Natural sales ability, energy and dynamism
Proven sales track record
UK Driving license (essential)
Competitive Salary Package
An excellent, uncapped commission structure with further bonuses
Generous Car allowance
Training and career progression
