Your new role
As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting young people on their journey to healing and growth. You'll work alongside our specialist DASHH (Develop Assist Support Holistically Healthily) practitioners and independent psychotherapists to implement therapeutic interventions and ensure positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities;

  • Trauma-informed Leadership: Lead and empower a team with the approach and focus on providing exceptional care to young people with trauma-informed and outcomes-focused goals.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that support positive outcomes for young people
  • Staff Development: Coach and mentor with the supervision of the development and professionalism within your team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home operates compliantly with regulatory and organisational standards.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 2 years' experience of leading a team within a children's residential setting
  • QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care CYP (Children and Young People)
