Adult Education Progress Coach - Additional Learning Support £25,411 per annum 37 hours per week Lancaster and Morecambe College are a thriving FE College and justifiably proud of the strong links with our local community. Located between Lancaster and Morecambe, we are proud to be our community’s provider of technical, professional and creative education. Lancaster & Morecambe College are looking for a Progress Coach for adult learners with additional learning support needs. You will manage a caseload of learners, delivering effective additional support and reducing barriers in order for the learners to progress and develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours. You should have experience or awareness of implementing reasonable adjustments and working with adult learners in either the workplace or an education environment. You should hold a recognised qualification (Level 3 or above) in additional support, youth work, mentoring or a related area. You should also hold, or be willing to achieve, a Level 3 qualification in teaching, mentoring or coaching.
